1. General Information

1.1. Meder Militaria specialises in selling historical military artefacts and collectables. All items are sold as collector’s pieces only.

1.2. These Terms and Conditions govern all interactions between you and Meder Militaria, including but not limited to purchases, returns, and communication.

1.3. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website.

2. Product Information

2.1. While we strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our items, all products are sold “as is.” Variations in condition, appearance, or details may exist due to the historical nature of the products. 

2.2. It is your responsibility to comply with all local laws and regulations regarding the purchase, ownership, and possession of historical military items.

3. Orders and Payments

3.1. All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion.

3.2. Orders are placed with an enquery to support@mederstore.co.uk , payment must be completed at the time of purchase. We accept bank transfers, bank transfer information in stipulated on the main page or in the contact section. International buyers, it is your responsibility to use currency converters online before enquiring about products.  

3.3. Prices are listed in British Pound Sterling (GBP) and exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees unless otherwise stated.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1. We ship to the UK Mainland and abroad.

4.2. Shipping costs, methods, and estimated delivery are communicated via e-mail after the product has been enquired.

We process shipping with Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1 pm. If you place your order after 6 pm, the product will be processed and shipped the next working day in the morning.

4.3.  We take every precaution to ensure your product is securely packed to the highest standard to ensure no damage during transit. However, we cannot be held liable for any loss of parcels once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier.

4.4. International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and any additional fees imposed by their country.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items in their original condition.

5.2. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@mederstore.co.uk with your order details and reason for the return.

5.3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. Non political collectors website.

Meder Militaria is strictly non-political and is not intended to offend or represent any specific views or comments. It is for Collectors, Students and Enthusiasts of Military History Worldwide. 

Meder Militaria is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.

6.2. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the product in question.
